As a student using our platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. GyanCheck cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• One Account Per User: You may not share your account credentials with others. Multi-login tracking is enabled, and sharing accounts may result in permanent suspension without a refund.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All test materials, questions, explanations, graphics, design, and analytics algorithms provided on GyanCheck are the intellectual property of GyanCheck.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our premium mock test packages are billed on a one-time payment basis for a specific validity period (e.g., 6 Months, 12 Months). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the fees associated with the package.
